At Subtle, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be in original condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For defective items due to issues during transportation or workmanship, please note that our products are made to order.
